I am a Yoga teacher, Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga facilitator (TCTSY-F) ,and a movement meditation facilitator.
I help individuals to connect with their body, emotions, and perhaps experience moments of stillness in the present.
I also offer workshops on mindfulness and self-compassion related topics.
