I offer a variety of yoga classes with the intention to provide a mindful experience, leaving students feeling energized, calmer, and grounded.
Class types include Yoga for Beginners, Gentle Flow, Vinyasa, Hatha, and Chair Yoga.

As a certified Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Facilitator (TCTSY-F), I offer TCTSY as a therapeutic, accessible approach for those affected by prolonged trauma, such as childhood trauma or domestic abuse. TCTSY, the first empirically validated yoga-based intervention for complex trauma (CPTSD), empowers participants to cultivate self-agency and interoception—areas often impacted by trauma—by integrating trauma theory, neuroscience, attachment theory, and hatha yoga.
I provide private and group TCTSY sessions in English and Cantonese, both in-person and online, available as standalone TCTSY or combined with mindfulness and psychoeducation.
Passionate about expanding access to trauma-sensitive yoga in underserved communities, I welcome collaborations with organizations, NGOs, and schools. Please reach out to bring TCTSY to your community!
